“Tenacious Debbie thats my nickname for her! Look I'm not a fan of brokers or the real estate process. Having bought and sold numerous properties during my lifetime I think brokers just get in the way quite frankly. While Debbie did not change that for me she was tenacious and showed me that brokers do work hard and can add value. I came in from out-of-state and Debbie spent alot of time with me showing me around the areas i wanted to be. She was well prepared for the day. In fact, one day we went well into the evening looking at places...she just would not quit. On one occasion we pulled up at a prospect and parked in front of us was a contractor's truck. Since alot of the properties we saw needed work Debbie said "Hey, lets go in and see if we can talk to the contractor". The garage was open so we walked in. Not only did we speak with the contractor but also the owner who gave us some "scoop" on the unit above him that we were going to see. We befriended the contractor and invited him out the following day to join us as we saw more property and he accepted. This proved to be a great asset for us. I credit Debbie for being savvy, tenancious, and street smart in this approach. I think it was a good idea. Again, while Debbie did not change my mind she did ultimately find me a great property in south Florida. If you're thinking of moving into this area (south Florida) I can't recommend Debbie enough...her tenacity and street smarts will win the day for sure. Good luck!!!”
